See the 90-page complaint Remember America Action has filed on behalf of businesses and individuals in Illinois and Chicago that have been injured by the COVID-19 shutdown and the violations of constitutional rights by Gov. Pritzker and Mayor Lightfoot.
We will soon be amending the complaint to add additional plaintiffs.
