COVID-19 Individual and Business Discrimination
In March, the Trump Administration issued social distancing guidelines – not legal mandates – to slow the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic in the United States. Governors across the country had the discretion to implement the guidelines and adjust them to meet the needs of their states. Sadly, some state governors exceeded their emergency powers and now, seven months later, the unconstitutional shutdown of businesses, churches and schools continues, threatening to destroy the social and economic fabric of this country.
Remember America Action represents business owners and other individuals in the defense of the constitutional right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If you are a business owner who has been shuttered by discriminatory COVID-19 restrictions, a church that has been singled out for discrimination or an individual resident who has been injured by state encroachments on your individual freedoms, please contact Remember America Action today.
